v The FloridaSDC – District 4 Advisory Board meetings are held once a month and are open to everyone! v The meetings are held at the Department of Children and Families (DCF) – Roberts Bldg. at 5920 Arlington Expressway, Jacksonville, FL 32211, UNLESS there is an address listed below next to the meeting date. Throughout the year, meetings are held at different locations throughout the counties in District 4. v The meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month from 10 – 12pm. The
FloridaSDC Advisory Board, is composed of Program Participants,
family members of people with psychiatric disabilities and other
interested community members. The FloridaSDC Advisory Board
provides guidance to the FloridaSDC Program Staff and the State
Mental Health Program Office regarding the policies and
procedures of the FloridaSDC Program. If you are interested in
