J.C. is a native of Haiti and a fluent speaker of French, Haitian Creole and English. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Psychology from the Florida State University in 2004 and received his Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2007.
J.C. began his more than 12 years of experience in the field of Mental Health as a residential counselor at Henderson Mental Health Center in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Over the years J.C. has served individuals from a variety of settings ranging from inpatient to school based population. J.C. is also an educator who has spent more than 10 years working for the school boards of both Miami-Dade and Duval Counties.
